The Civic Suite consists of a set of venues on the second floor of the Town Hall, either side of the lantern over the Grand Staircase.

Access is either via lift or up the grand staircase from the Town Hall foyer to the First floor, then up a smaller ornate set of stairs into the Civic Suite Lantern.

From here one either enters Suite 3 which opens off the lantern, or on the opposite side of the lantern, enters Suites 1 and 2 via the Civic Suite Foyer.

The Civic Suite Foyer also has direct entry to the MFC Upper Promenades via a connecting covered link bridge.

Suites 1 and 2 are part of the same large room, with north facing windows overlooking Civic Square. Large folding doors divide the room into the two venues, which are a mirror of each other.

Clicking on the icon opposite will open a two colour gif plan of the venue. The gif plan is optimised to print on landscape A4 paper direct from the browser.

Use this option for a quick preview of the venue plans.

LEFT click on the text links to view the PDF file online in your browser.

RIGHT click and choose "Open target as" to download the PDF file to your computer.

Use this option if you need accurate paper plans of the venue and do not want / need to use CAD software.

PDF files will print at 1:100 scale on the paper size indicated, or you can print them on any size paper by using "Fit to paper" option in the Acrobat print dialog.

Clicking on the icon opposite will download a release 12 DWG format plan to your computer for use in a CAD program.
